Delivery & Returns
Within the UK we offer a simple range of postage types to suit any need including FREE Standard postage on orders over £15.00*.
Choose our standard free postage (Royal Mail Tracked 48) OR pay for an express service (Royal Mail Tracked 24 OR Special Delivery) if you need your purchase in a hurry.
*Free postage - If you do choose to select the FREE POSTAGE option we will send using the most appropriate economy method available to us & at our discretion, For large or heavy items please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. For bulky / heavy items we may use a courier service, you will be informed if this service is to be used.
Please note: FREE POSTAGE is not an express method.
Please ensure you select the appropriate postage method from the drop down box in your basket before progressing to checkout.
We work hard to ensure that items purchased before 3:00pm are dispatched the same day* Monday - Friday (if your selected items are in stock). *Same day dispatch is not always possible during busy periods, we will always try to keep you informed if we anticipate a delay (longer than 2 working days) in dispatch.

Every effort is made to ensure that products are described accurately to avoid disappointment. Additionally we aim to provide useful images of all items sold on the website. If you are not sure about the purchase of an item or its suitability feel free to contact us so that we may offer advice.
European & Worldwide postage:
options are also available; please ensure that the appropriate postage & packaging option is selected at checkout, otherwise this may slow down the dispatch process. Please note: deliveries being sent outside the UK can take up to 28 working days to arrive. Our standard European & worldwide postal options do not insure against losses, however this can be arranged for a small additional fee if required. We
can exchange items sent abroad, however there will be a small re-postage charge applied in this case.
Delivery charges are based on item weight, and the appropriate costs are calculated as you add your items to the basket, use the drop down box to select the appropriate method. We pride ourselves on low prices & offering value for money postage options.
Dispacth of goods:
We aim to dispatch (dispatch = leave our premises) all purchases within 2 working days (Mon - Fri & excluding bank holidays), and will dispatch most the same day (when in stock). If there is going to be a delay in dispatch or delivery we will try to contact you by email / telephone to keep you informed of an expected delivery. Please ensure that you supply your email address & telephone number during the checkout process to enable us to contact you. Please feel fee to contact us to ask about product availability & expected dispatch times - we are always happy to help
Item not received when expected?
We work hard to make sure that your order gets dispatched the same day, however please note that some items (personalised, bulky and specialist items) can take longer to dispatch. Also during busy periods please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.
Chosen Royal Mail 24 Tracked? Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery, almost 100% of items will be delivered within 3 working days. Worried about your order? Feel free to email us & we will do all we can to help, Please do note that being rude to our staff will not make delayed parcels arrive any more quickly.
Christmas Returns:
We would like to help you spread the cost of Christmas as such over the festive period we offer an extended returns / exchange period: Orders placed from 5th November and up until December 24th can be returned for exchange / refund until January 15th / within 30 days – whichever is the later.
General Returns:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us unused and still in its original packaging within 28 days quoting your name, address & the date of purchase. We will not be able to process refunds for items once the 28 day period has passed. Please ensure that all packaging, Swing tags and hygiene strips are left in place & returned otherwise refunds will not be issued. Please ensure that you include a brief note advising whether you would like an exchange or refund.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please let us know the reason for the return in case it is not obvious.
Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer except when products are faulty or damaged but no additional postage and packing charges will be made for exchange items to be sent (we offer 1 free of charge exchange per order - UK orders only, European & rest of world orders will be charged a small fee towards postage costs). When returning goods customers should obtain proof of postage as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost in the post & will not be able to replace your items or offer you a refund in this case.

Refunds:
Refunds will be made directly back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item(s). We always check items back in to stock, to ensure that they are free from damage and in the same condition (with tags & labels intact) as supplied. During busy periods there may be a short delay in processing exchanges / refunds, please be patient.
Any damaged caused by the users miss-use, accidental or otherwise to any product we sell will not be covered, and in this case we will be unable to offer a refund / replacement.
